Free 30-Minute Consultation
We discuss your business, your goals, what you need your website to do, and make sure this is the
right fit. No pressure, no sales tactics—just an honest conversation.
Deposit & Onboarding (Day 1-2)
You pay your 50% deposit (£748.50), and we send you a simple questionnaire about your brand,
messaging, and content. We gather your logo, images, colors, and any existing copy.
Design & Development (Day 3-10)
Kieron builds your site while staying in touch with quick updates. We customize the template, set
up all systems, integrate booking and payments, optimize for mobile, and configure SEO.
Review & Revisions (Day 11-12)
We send you the completed site for review. You get ONE round of reasonable revisions included
(typo fixes, color tweaks, minor layout adjustments).
Training & Launch (Day 13-14)
Kieron walks you through how to manage your site in a 1-hour training session. You pay the final

Why Wix Studio and not WordPress or Squarespace?
Wix Studio is the perfect balance for service-based entrepreneurs. It's professional-grade (not the drag-
and-drop consumer version), incredibly reliable, secure, and most importantly—YOU can update it
yourself without needing a developer every time you want to change a word. WordPress requires
constant maintenance and security updates. Wix handles all that automatically.
What if I don't have my branding/logo/images ready?
That's fine! We can work with what you have. If you need professional images, we'll guide you to free
stock photo resources. If your branding is still evolving, we'll choose colors and fonts that align with
your industry and you can refine them later.
Can you write the copy for my website?
We provide strategic guidance on messaging and structure, but you'll need to provide the core content
about your services, bio, etc. We can help polish and position it, but you know your business best. If
you need full copywriting, we can discuss that as an additional service.
What if I need more than 2 weeks?
The 2-week timeline assumes you provide your content and feedback within 24-48 hours at each
stage. If you need more time on your end, that's totally fine—we'll adjust the timeline accordingly. We
just can't guarantee delivery before Christmas if there are delays.
Are there any ongoing costs after the website is built?
Yes—you'll need a Wix subscription (starts around £16-30/month depending on features) and your
domain name (around £10-15/year). These are paid directly to Wix. After our 30-day support period, if
you need ongoing tech support, we offer that separately through our Tech SOS service at £185/hour.
What if I want to add features later (like a shop or membership area)?
Absolutely! Wix Studio supports e-commerce, membership areas, online courses, and tons of other
features. We can add those as additional projects, or if you're comfortable, we can teach you how to
add them yourself.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not happy?
Because this is custom work, we don't offer refunds once we've started building. However, we include
one round of revisions to make sure you're happy with the final result. Our goal is a website you LOVE
—we'll work with you to get there.

It's real. Each website takes Kieron 12-15 hours of focused work over 2 weeks. With Christmas
approaching and existing commitments, we can realistically deliver 5 high-quality sites before
