Refund Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY
Website Templates:​

  • Refunds available if templates fail to download

  • No refunds after templates have been or attempted to be customized or used for live websites

  • Refund requests must include reason and purchase details
     

Mini Mastermind Programs:​

  • No refunds available for monthly memberships 

  • No refunds for attended live sessions or accessed recorded content

  • No refunds for annual memberships
     

2. REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund

  3. Allow 5-10 business days for review

  4. Approved refunds processed within 60 business days

  5. Refunds issued to original payment method only
     

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom design work or one-to-one services already in process

  • Membership fees after accessing premium content and community

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
     

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We may offer refunds outside standard policy for:

  • Technical issues preventing product use

  • Significant errors in product description

  • Service unavailability due to our systems but does not include Wix Studio T&Cs

  • Medical or compassionate grounds (at our discretion)
     

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

  • Contact us before initiating chargebacks

  • Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension

  • We reserve the right to seek recovery of costs for fraudulent disputes
     

6. PARTIAL REFUNDS
We may offer partial refunds for:​

  • Bulk purchases where only some items are faulty

  • Services partially delivered due to our error
     

7. REFUND LIMITATIONS

  • Refunds limited to purchase price (excluding processing fees)

  • Currency conversion rates may affect refund amounts

  • No compensation for opportunity costs or consequential losses
