3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
   

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Content:

• All website templates, designs, content, and materials are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property

• Upon purchase, you receive a limited license to use templates for your business purposes only

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share our templates with third parties

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you create using our templates

• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for promotional purposes (with your consent)
   

5. PERMITTED USE

• Create competing template services using our designs and templates

• Remove copyright notices or branding from templates
   

7. PAYMENT TERMS

• All prices are displayed in US$ and are payable through our PayPal or Stripe account to Foxley Digital Ltd

• Payment is required at the time of purchase

• We accept major credit cards and PayPal

• Prices or subscriptions may change without notice for future purchases
   

8. MINI MASTERMIND AND COMMUNITY ACCESS

• Access to mastermind sessions and community features requires active membership

• Members must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally

• We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines

• Participation in live sessions may be recorded for member access
   

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• You use our services at your own risk
